Shipping Policy

 

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or natural disasters may occasionally impact delivery times.

International Shipping and Customs: For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in your country.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We use print-on-demand companies  Printify and Modalyst, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong  size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Modalyst-Reprints or Refunds will not be considered in the following cases: 

Customer ordered the wrong size/color and/or not happy with the size/color 

Claims were submitted without a picture of the product attached.

Returns
For most products, you have 15 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged. Return policies may vary per supplier. Most products qualify for Free Returns and/or Buyer Protection.

Modalyst items mostly come from overseas, so shipping times may vary.
